Our shopfront is conveniently located at Level 1 / 39 Ainslie Place, Canberra City. To help minimise waiting times, we recommend visiting between 9:00am and 11:30am, as demand typically increases from late morning onward.

For customers outside of the ACT, we offer a reliable mail-in service, allowing you to access the same high standard of service from anywhere in Australia. Over many years, we have built a strong reputation for purchasing items nationwide, including regional areas across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, the Northern Territory, South Australia, and Western Australia.

Our mail-in process is designed to be fast, secure, and discreet. We provide complimentary insured postage via Australia Post, enabling you to track your items throughout the entire process.

Once your items are received, we aim to provide an appraisal on the same day. Upon acceptance of our offer, payment is processed promptly via OSKO / Pay ID, with funds typically received instantly. Until an offer is accepted, all items are securely stored in an off-site vault.
