What if I want my items back?

When you visit Preloved Gold in-store, there is absolutely no obligation to sell. We will assess your items and provide you with a clear offer, and you are free to decide whether to proceed or not.

If you choose not to sell
No problem at all — your items remain your property and are returned to you immediately.

If you choose to accept our offer
We complete the transaction on the spot and you are paid immediately. At this point, ownership of the items transfers to Preloved Gold.
Once payment has been made and the sale is completed, the transaction is final and irreversible — items cannot be returned, refunded, or reclaimed.

Our goal is to keep the process simple, transparent, and completely pressure-free, so you can make your decision with full confidence.

Preloved Gold operates a strict final sale policy. You are under no obligation to sell until you formally accept our offer.

Process:

  • You send your items using our secure system.
  • All parcels are video recorded on opening and during evaluation.
  • A same-day offer is issued via email and SMS.

Your decision:

  1. Accept the offer
    By accepting our offer, you are entering into a binding and final transaction.
  • Payment is issued immediately via direct deposit.
  • Ownership of the items transfers to Preloved Gold upon payment.
  • All sales are final. No cancellations, reversals, refunds, or returns are permitted under any circumstances once payment has been made.

  • Your items will be returned to you at no cost
  • Return packing is video recorded and tracking is provided
