How long does it take?

Most in-person valuations take approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on the number and type of items being assessed.

During your visit, our experienced appraisers will test, weigh and evaluate your items in front of you and provide a clear, no-obligation offer on the spot.

If you choose to accept, payment is made immediately via PayID or Osko while you are still in the office.

If you choose not to proceed, your items are returned straight away with no pressure or obligation.
