How long does it take to receive an offer and payment?

All valuations are completed in person at our Canberra City office while you wait.

Most appraisals take approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on the number and type of items being assessed.

You will receive a clear, no-obligation offer on the spot, with full explanation of how your items were valued.

If you choose to accept, payment is made immediately via PayID or Osko before you leave the office.

If you choose not to sell, your items are returned straight away with no pressure or obligation.
